By accessing or using Hybrid Training Plan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16220494), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

2. Description of Service

Hybrid Training Plan provides bespoke training programmes for athletes. The Service includes a website, training plan generation, and related content. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Waitlist and Free Plan

By joining our waitlist, you agree to provide a valid email address. We will use this email address solely to:

  • Send you your free 6-week training plan
  • Notify you of product updates and launches

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: The training plans and content provided by Hybrid Training Plan are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme
  • You are solely responsible for your own health and safety during any training activities
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • Training plans should be reviewed with common sense and personal judgement

STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of our training plans or content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Training plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish generated training plans without our written permission.

6. User Content

Any information you provide to the Service (such as training preferences, fitness data, and feedback) may be used to improve the Service. We will handle such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any training plan or content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter related to the Service

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
